Chairman's Message

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Nibha Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (NIPS), Rajgir. Education is not only about acquiring knowledge; it is about developing the skills, values, confidence and sense of responsibility required to contribute positively to society.

At NIPS, our vision is to provide students with a strong academic foundation combined with practical exposure and professional development. The pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors are continuously evolving, creating new opportunities as well as new responsibilities for future professionals.

Our aim is to prepare students to confidently meet these changing requirements through quality education, practical learning and continuous professional development.

We are committed to creating a learning environment supported by qualified faculty, modern laboratories, academic resources, practical training and student-focused facilities. Along with classroom education, we encourage students to participate in research, seminars, workshops, laboratory activities and professional development programmes.

Our responsibility extends beyond helping students earn a degree. We strive to develop professionals who understand the importance of ethics, discipline, innovation, compassion and responsibility in the field of pharmacy and healthcare.

As we continue to grow, our focus remains on strengthening academic standards, improving infrastructure and creating meaningful opportunities that enable every student to realise their potential.

I welcome you to become a part of the NIPS family and wish every student a successful academic journey and a bright professional future.
